REHEARSAL COMMITMENT
* Most rehearsals will take place on Zoom
* At minimum one full cast live rehearsal will take place on the stage at the theatre close to the performance date.
* Other live rehearsals may be called on an as needed basis based on availability of actors and the space. However, they will be minimal.
AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
* Auditions are being held on Monday, March 31st at 6PM and 7PM at The Tybee Post Theatre 10 Van Horne Ave Tybee Island, GA. 31328.
* Please prepare a monologue no more than 2 minutes in length from a contemporary play. Recommended to do one from one of the plays you wish to be cast in, but not mandatory.
* Because these are staged readings, we can be flexible with the ages of the actors who play the characters, so if you feel compelled to audition and are worried about not being the right age, please audition!!
* Cold readings from the plays will be given at the audition to perform as well.
* Be prepared to stay for about an hour at your audition.
* To request an audition, please fill out the form and upload the appropriate materials if you have them. Actors with no previous experience are encouraged to audition.
Actors are not compensated for their participation as a performer in these readings.
